Stop.

This one is short; it's stillness I'm seeking, and worry I'm releasing. Go, refill your cup.

This one isn't so much a blog as it is a poem... a poem straight from the heart, a poem meant to express the agony of hustle and bustle, and wanting to simply...stop.

In the whirlwind of existence, I yearn to pause,

To still the clamor, to hush the applause.

In the hustle and bustle, I long for a hush,

To refill my cup with a tranquil rush.

Just like we top up our coffee with care,

I ache for a moment, a chance to repair.

To stop the chatter, the constant buzz,

And find solace in the quiet's gentle fuzz.

Let me sip from the silence, let me drink it in,

As I weave through the chaos, where life begins.

To pause and replenish, to savor the calm,

And bask in the stillness, like a soothing balm.

Oh, for a pause in this ceaseless parade,

Where I can breathe deeply, unafraid.

To refill my cup with peace and with light,

And embrace the stillness, with all my might.

So let the world around me soften and sway,

As I take a breath and find my own way.

For in this pause, in this moment's grace,

I refill my cup and find my place.
